At PRETTOSHOP.COM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please see our exchange and return policies below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, you may withdraw from your purchase within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, without needing to provide a reason.

2. Deadline to Request Exchange or Return

  • Withdrawal: up to 7 calendar days after receipt
  • Defective product: up to 30 days for non-durable products and 90 days for durable products, in accordance with the CDC

3. Conditions for Exchange or Return

The product must be returned:

  • In its original packaging, without signs of use
  • With all accessories and tags
  • Accompanied by the invoice

  2. Await our response within 2 business days with shipping instructions
  3. Send the product as instructed
  4. After receipt and analysis, we will process the refund or exchange

5. Refund

The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase, within 10 business days after the return approval.

6. Return Shipping

  • Withdrawal: return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • Defective product or our error: return shipping costs are borne by us
